Fun for all the family, commencing at noon (12pm) In the field adjacent to the Golden Ball, Pilling, PR3 6AA With Johnny Mercer MP. Ex Officer of the 29th Marine Commando Regiment, who served three tours in Afghanistan, officially opening the event.

Johnny is also the author of “We Were Warriors” You will have the opportunity to buy his book as he will be on hand at the bookstall to sign them for you.

YOU ARE ALL VERY WELCOME TO ATTEND Lancaster and Wyre Party Patrons Club WIN A PRIZE There will be various stalls, games and entertainment for all the family, why not try your hand at a pistol shooting gallery, tug of war, or the Bowls competition, Egg and Spoon Race, Sack Race, there will also be a display of classic and vintage cars.

An outside bar will be available. The event opens at 12 noon with Lunch followed by the official opening.

Cost of tickets; Luncheon and Fete: Adults £15. Children £5. (all children must be accompanied by an adult) this includes a delicious two course cold buffet lunch.
